Whether you are interested in becoming a program instructor at your school by delivering a DYN program or offering your expertise in fundraising, our team appreciates that you want to make a rewarding difference in the lives of children in our community.

In response to the growing demand for financial literacy education in middle and high school, DYN Education is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for our DYN Financial Literacy + Education Workshop Series, which will be conducted in Phoenix, Arizona in early 2024. Workshop dates are currently being determined, and we will provide an update via this webpage soon.

Certified DYN Educators will be eligible to work as contract consultants teaching DYN’s Financial Literacy + Education in a variety of educational settings.  There is no charge for the workshop series and further employment or work through DYN Education is not guaranteed. However, each qualified participant will add to their teaching skill set by learning the fundamentals of financial literacy, social-emotional education, the science of well-being, and best practice teaching strategies. DYN is accepting a limited number of applicants. Applicants may come from any geographic region, and DYN will not pay for any associated travel expenses.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Retired/Current teachers or CHES Certified
  • Minimum three years teaching experience, five preferred
  • Equivalent experience within corporate or government training roles may be considered
  • Background check required

Description

As a DYN Educator, you will facilitate workshops for 6th-12th grade students in groups of 10-30 supporting a peer learning environment. During this 30-35 hour program, you will guide students through a series of workshops focused on disrupting self limiting beliefs, exploring wellness and coping strategies, and envisioning the life they wish to create. Learning key life and financial skills, you will support their creation of a prosperous and healthy life.

Leverage your educational skills and your desire to grow our community by helping youth embrace new concepts about their potential and relationship with money. In this position you will:

  • Learn a new curriculum, internalize it, and make it come alive in the classroom
  • Inspire and motivate through charismatic and engaging teaching
  • Deliver health and wellness, financial literacy, and social emotional skills training
  • Apply formative assessment techniques
  • Engage in best practices for inclusive and trauma informed teaching
  • Manage diverse learners in the classroom setting
  • Share your ideas of how to improve the curriculum to grow and reach more youth
